Stress and anxiety are unfortunately something parents and carers know all too well.

Every week I’ll have tips for relaxing and beating anxiety.  This week I would like to show you something that, although simple, is really useful. You just breathe in and out in time with the video you can do it absolutely anywhere, and I find that when the overwhelming panicky feeling begins to take hold, a few minutes of doing this can help to feel back in control.
